This Privacy Policy explains how Attribute, LLC (“Attribute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the website at https://www.getattribute.ai and our related products and services, including the Company Hub, the Agency Hub, partner portals, our AI agent and Chrome extension, and our public API and webhooks (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here and in our Terms and Conditions.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Account information you provide when registering — such as your name, work email, company or agency name, and login credentials.
• Customer Data you or your Authorized Users upload, submit, or transmit to the Services — including lead data, campaign data, attribution data, dispositions, revenue, dialer activity, and contact information.
• SMS opt-in information — if you choose to receive text messages from us, your mobile phone number and your messaging consent.
• Payment information processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
• Usage and device information collected automatically when you use the Services, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions.
• Communications you send to us, including demo requests and support inquiries.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
• Generate attribution reports, scoring, recommendations, and benchmarks for you and, where applicable, your Partners;
• Process payments and manage Subscriptions;
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support;
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
• Comply with our legal obligations.

3. Bilateral data sharing & partner portals

A core function of the Services is to enable bilateral data sharing between lead buyers, lead sellers, agencies, and their clients. When you elect to connect with a Partner or grant a Partner access through a partner portal, the data you designate as Shared Data is made visible to that Partner. You are solely responsible for determining which data is appropriate to share and for ensuring you have the legal right, consents, and authority to share it. Once data is shared with a Partner, we cannot guarantee how the Partner will retain or further use that data outside of the Services.

For clarity, mobile phone numbers and messaging consent data collected through our SMS opt-in are never included in Shared Data and are never made visible to Partners.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We never share or sell mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data collected through our SMS program to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share other information with:

• Partners you explicitly designate, as described above;
• Service providers who process data on our behalf (such as hosting, payment processing, and analytics) under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services; and
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We may also create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data that does not identify you, your Partners, or any individual, and use it for any lawful business purpose.

5. AI features & third-party processors

The Services include features powered by artificial intelligence, including an AI agent and Chrome extension that explain, score, and act on attribution data. These features rely on third-party AI service providers, including Anthropic. Inputs you submit to AI features and the resulting outputs may be transmitted to and processed by these providers, subject to their applicable terms and policies. AI outputs are informational and may contain errors; you are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

6. SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Attribute, we collect your mobile phone number and your messaging consent. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to send the messages you requested, such as account, transactional, and service notifications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the other Services.

7. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, measure performance, and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

8. Data retention

We retain Customer Data and other information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You are responsible for exporting your Customer Data before terminating your account if you wish to retain a copy.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@getattribute.ai. We will respond consistent with applicable law, including the GDPR and CCPA where they apply.

11. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

12. International users

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States or other countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
